How Our Seating Chart Process Works
Step 1 — Book Your Photo Booth with Seating Chart Add-On
When you book the Mirror Me or Mirror X Photo Booth, let us know you'd like a seating chart add-on. We'll discuss your vision and which type — static, animated, or interactive — is the best fit for your event.
Step 2 — Send Us Your Guest List & Inspiration
Email us your seating information in a Word document we can copy and paste from. Include your event invitation, colour palette, décor photos, and any design inspiration. Send your materials as soon as possible — we match the seating chart to your custom animation for a cohesive look.
Step 3 — Mock-Up & Approval
Our design team creates a mock-up of your seating chart and sends it for your review. We adjust until it's exactly what you envisioned. Double-check all names and table assignments carefully.
Step 4 — Final Update (3 Days Before)
Three days before your event, send us any final changes to names or table assignments. We'll update the seating chart and have it locked in for your big day.
Step 5 — Event Day
We arrive early and set up the mirror with your seating chart displayed at the entrance to greet your guests. Approximately one hour before your event's main program, we move the mirror to the photo booth location and switch it to photo booth mode. If you need the seating chart to remain visible throughout the entire event, we can provide a second booth at an additional charge.

A beautifully designed image displayed on the mirror screen. Guests simply walk up and find their table. We can include photos, custom graphics, and themed elements that match your event's décor.

Take it up a level with motion. We find creative ways to animate names, table numbers, and themed elements — think names floating in, confetti bursting, or elements tied to your event's story. It's a seating chart that puts on a show.
👆 Interactive
The most impressive option. Your guests touch the interactive touchscreen to find their seat. Tap a table, a name, or an element on screen and a new screen appears with their seating details. It's a conversation starter before the event even begins.

How much does a seating chart add-on cost?
Seating charts are available as an add-on to any Mirror Me or Mirror X Photo Booth. The Camper Photo Booth and Roaming Photo Booth do not support seating chart displays. Contact us for pricing based on the type (static, animated, or interactive) and complexity of your design.
What is the difference between static, animated, and interactive seating charts?
A static chart is a beautifully designed image displayed on the mirror. An animated chart adds motion — names floating in, confetti, themed elements. An interactive chart lets guests touch the screen to find their seat, with different screens appearing for each selection.
How does the mirror go from seating chart to photo booth?
We set up the mirror at your venue entrance with your seating chart displayed. Approximately one hour before your main program, our attendant moves the mirror to the photo booth location and switches it to photo mode. If you need the seating chart to remain visible throughout the entire event, we can provide a second booth at an additional charge.
When do I need to send my guest list?
Send your initial seating information as soon as possible so we can create a mock-up. We'll ask for your final, updated guest list three days before your event to make any last-minute changes.
