We can create a unique seating chart or event map for your event

PHOTO BOOTH

Available with photo booth rental as an add-on. We can set-up the Mirror Me or Mirror X in a convenient location for your guests and create a customized seating chart.

THE CHART/MAP CAN BE CUSTOMIZED
  • Static (a picture) for your guest to find their way/seat. We can include pictures and or various themes according to your event.

  • Animated. We find creative ways to animate the names, locations and often include elements related to them of your event.

  • Interactive. We will create a seating chart or sight location map that your guest can touch on an element on the interactive touch screen and a different screen will appear.

  • Approximately an hour before your event, we will return and move the Mirror in to the photo booth location. If you are requiring the map or chart to remain in place throughout the entire event, we may provide you with both booths for your event at an additional charge.

CUSTOM CREATION

We will collaborate with you to create a special seating chart/sight map using a variety of mediums. This can include a mirror, old windows, picture frames, poster board, acrylic, wood, etc. We can engrave, use permanent vinyl, paint, print etc. on various mediums.

We request that all information be put on a word document that we can copy and paste from.


The initial information should be sent to us as soon as possible. We will create a mock-up and ask that you double check all information provided. Three days before the event, we will require the final, updated information.
